Cancellation Policy
• 3-Hour Notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 3 hours before your scheduled time without charge. You can easily make changes to your appointment through the booking site.
•Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 3 hours will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service price.
• No-Show Fee: A no-show will result in a full charge for the missed appointment.
• 10 Minute Grace Period: There is a 10 minute grace period on services that are 30+ minutes. COMMUNICATION IS KEY!
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without any communication, the appointment will be considered a no-show, will need to be rescheduled, and you will be charged 100% of the service price.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late but you notify me, the appointment will still need to be rescheduled, and a 50% late-cancellation fee will be applied.
